'Fever'(피버)는 미국의 하드 롹 밴드 에어로스미스(Aerosmith)가 1993년 발매해서 대성공을 거둔 11번째 스튜디오 앨범 'Get a Grip'(겟 어 그립)의 4번 트랙이다. 이 노래는 리드 싱어 스티븐 타일러(Steven Tyler)와 리드 기타 조 페리(Joe Perry)가 공동으로 작곡했다. 녹음 세션에는 스티븐 타일러와 조 페리, 탐 해밀튼(Tom Hamilton, 베이스 기타), 조이 크래머(Joey Kramer, 드럼), 브래드 휫퍼드(Brad Whitford, 리듬 기타) 등 5명이 공식 라인업으로 참여했다.
'Fever'는 에어로스미스 멤버들의 즐겁고 행복한 삶에 관한 것인 듯하다. 가사는 섹스, 그리고 다른 즐거운 일에 몰두하면서 마약을 버리게 된 과정을 그리고 있다. 내용으로 볼 때 리드 보컬 스티븐 타일러가 그 주인공으로 보인다.
'Fever'는 조 페리와 브래드 휫포드의 묵직한 기타 연주, 조이 크래머와 탐 해밀튼의 질주하는 드럼 비트와 베이스 리듬, 스티븐 타일러의 크고 다양한 보컬과 하모니카 연주가 특징이다. 또 하나, 사이키델릭한 기타 솔로는 브래드 휫포드의 연주다. 이 노래는 빌보드 메인스트림 록 트랙 차트에서 25위로 진입해서 5위까지 올랐다.
1995년에는 컨트리 가수 가스 브룩스(Garth Brooks)가 'Fever' 커버 곡을 취입했다. 가스 브룩스는 곡목을 'The Fever'(더 피버)로 바꾸고, 가사도 후렴 'fever, fever, fever, fever' 라인만 제외하고 완전히 새로 쓰면서 컨트리 록 버전으로 탈바꿈시켰다.

브룩스의 커버 버전은 그의 일곱 번째 스튜디오 앨범 'Fresh Horses'(프레쉬 호시즈)에도 수록되었다. 'Fever'는 앨범의 두 번째 싱글로 커트되어 나와 미국 빌보드 핫 컨트리 싱글즈 & 트랙스(Hot Country Singles & Tracks(지금의 Hot Country Songs) 차트에서 23위, 캐나다 RPM 탑 컨트리 트랙스(Top Country Tracks) 차트에서 2위를 기록했다.
