'Born to Run'(본 투 런)은 미국의 싱어송라이터 브루스 스프링스틴(Bruce Springsteen)이 1975년 8월 25일 발매한 세 번째 스튜디오 앨범 'Born to Run'의 타이틀 곡이다. 록 장르에 속하는 이 노래는 싱글로도 커트되어 발매되었다.
음악평론가 로버트 크라이스트가우(Robert Christgau)는 'Born to Run'에서 재창조된 필 스펙터(Phillip Harvey Spector)의 전매특허 '사운드의 벽'에 주목했다. 그는 이 곡에 대해 걸 그룹 로네츠(Ronettes)의 데뷔곡이자 최대 히트곡인 'Be My Baby'가 이룩한 것 이상을 성취했다고 평가했다.
