닐 핀(Neil Mullane Finn, 1958~ )은 뉴질랜드의 싱어- 송라이터이다. 닐 핀은 그의 형 Tim Finn(팀 핀)과 록 밴드 'Split Enz'를 만들어 활동했다. 닐은 1970년대 후반 'one Step Ahead', 'History Never Repeats', 'I Got You', 'My Girl to Message' 등 곡으로 유명해졌다. 팀이 영국으로 떠나자 드러머 닐은 Paul Hester(폴 헤스터)와 'Crowded House'를 결성하고 명곡 'Don't Dream It's Over'를 발표했다.
