'Caught Out There'(코트 아웃 데어)는 1999년 발매한 미국의 싱어송라이터 켈리스(Kelis)의 데뷔 스튜디오 앨범 'Kaleidoscope'(컬라이더스코프) 3번 트랙 수록곡이다. 넵튠스(The Neptunes)가 작곡 및 제작한 이 노래는 1999년 9월 20일 미국에서 앨범의 리드 싱글로 커트되어 발매되었다. 유럽에서는 2000년 1월 21일 출시되었다.
'Caught Out There'는 빌보드 핫 100(Billboard Hot 100) 차트에서 54위를 기록했다. 캐나다, 아이슬란드, 이탈리아, 네덜란드, 스웨덴, 영국에서는 상위 10위권에 진입했다. 이처럼 이 노래는 미국 이외의 지역에서 더 좋은 인기를 얻었다.
'Caught Out There' 뮤직 비디오는 하이프 윌리엄스(Hype Williams)가 감독했다. 비디오에서 켈리스는 분홍색과 오렌지색이 섞인 아프로 머리 스타일로 등장한다. 그리고, 바람을 핀 애인의 아파트를 때려 부순 후 남성 불매 운동 피켓팅을 하는 분노한 여성들의 행렬을 진두지휘하며 'I hate you so much right now!(지금 너를 너무 증오해)'를 마구 외친다. 켈리스가 마구 외쳐대는 이 훅에 많은 여성들이 카타르시스를 느꼈을 것이다. 마지막으로 켈리스가 'Got something for y'all'을 외치며 전 애인의 불륜에 대한 처절한 복수를 암시하면서 비디오는 끝난다.
2003년 Q 잡지는 최고의 노래 1001곡 목록에서 'Caught Out There'를 649위, 2010년 피치포크(Pitchfork)는 1990년대 최고의 트랙 161위로 선정했다. 2012년 NME는 이 노래를 1990년대 최고의 노래 100곡 목록에서 24위, 2012년 포르퀴스(Porcys)는 1990년대 100대 싱글 순위에서 24위에 올렸다.
