'Fuck Me Pumps'(뻑 미 펌프스)는 2003년에 발매된 영국의 싱어송라이터 에이미 와인하우스(Amy Winehouse)의 데뷔 스튜디오 앨범 'Frank'(프랭크)의 4번 트랙이다. 와인하우스와 살람 레미(Salaam Remi)가 공동으로 작곡한 이 노래는 2004년 8월 23일 영국에서 'Pumps'란 제목으로 커플링 트랙 'Help Yourself'(헬프 유어셀프)와 함께 앨범의 네 번째이자 마지막 싱글로 커트되어 출시되었다.
'Fuck Me Pumps'는 미모를 이용하여 남자에게서 돈을 우려내려는 소녀들(gold-digging girls)과 외모에 의존해 살아가는 여성들에 대한 유머러스한 가사가 돋보이는 알앤비 곡이다. 'Fuck Me Pumps' 또는 'FMPs'는 섹시한 여성용 신발, 특히 맨발의 발뒤꿈치가 드러나는 신발을 가리키는 속어다. 'Fuck Me'는 '나와 섹스해'라는 뜻도 있다.
와인하우스는 외모에 의존해 살아가는 여성들을 향해 'He could be your whole life/If you got past one night/But that part never goes right(그는 너의 인생 전부가 될 수도 있겠지/네가 하룻밤만 제대로 버틸 수 있다면 말이야/하지만 거기서 항상 일이 꼬이고 말아)'라면서 동정의 시선으로 바라본다. 이어 'If they call you a skank(그들이 널 걸레라고 부르더라도)' 'Don't be too upset(너무 열받지 마)'라고 격려한다. 이유는 'Without girls like you/There'd be no fun(너 같은 아가씨들이 없으면 재미도 없을 테니까)' 말이다.
'Fuck Me Pumps'는 영국에서 발매되어 영국 싱글 차트에서 65위에 올랐다. 엔터테인먼트(Entertainment)의 크리스 윌먼(Chris Willman)은 앨범 'Frank'에서 가장 뛰어난 노래로 'Fuck Me Pumps'를 선택했다. 'Pumps'의 뮤직 비디오에는 FMPs(하이힐)를 신은 와인하우스가 마이크를 들고 거리를 걷는 모습이 담겼다 .
