'Geno'(지노)는 영국의 팝 롹 밴드 덱시스 미드나잇 러너스(Dexys Midnight Runners)가 1980년에 발매한 싱글이다. 밴드 멤버인 케빈 아처(Kevin Archer, 기타, 보컬)가 작곡하고 케빈 롤런드(Kevin Rowland, 보컬)가 작사한 이 곡은 밴드의 두 번째 싱글이자 첫 영국 싱글 차트 1위 곡이었다. 이 노래는 2주 동안 영국 싱글 차트 1위를 달렸다. 아일랜드 차트에서는 2위에 올랐다.

'Geno'는 외견상 소울 싱어인 미국의 R&B 가수 지노 워싱턴(Geno Washington)에 대한 찬가이다. 하지만 그저 암암리에 워싱턴에게 찬사를 보낼 뿐 사실상 그를 조롱하고 있다. 롤런드는 워싱턴의 관중을 다루는 능력에 자신의 털모자를 들어 경의를 표하는 한편 그가 볼장 다 봤으며, 그의 노래가 너무 단조롭다고 말한다(And now you're all over, your song is so tame, brrrrr). 그리고, 이제 롤런드의 시대가 왔다고 선언한다. 그는 'I'll remember your name'(당신의 이름은 기억해 주겠다)고까지 말한다.
'Geno'는 지노 워싱턴의 램 잼 밴드(Geno Washington의 Ram Jam Band) 스타일과 거의 비슷하다. 또, 영국의 리듬&블루스&소울 그룹 주트 머니의 빅 롤 밴드(Zoot Money's Big Roll Band)의 'One and Only Man'(원 앤드 온리 맨)과 미국 롹 밴드 터틀스(the Turtles)의 'Happy Together'(해피 투게더)를 닮았다. 시작과 끝 부분의 'Geno! Geno! Geno! Geno! Geno!'(지노! 지노! 지노! 지노! 지노!) 하고 외치는 구호는 워싱턴의 1960년대 공연을 연상시킨다. 색소폰 리프는 워싱턴의 '(I Gotta) Hold on to My Love'(홀드 온 투 마이 러브)에서 영감을 얻었다.
